Ntrust is led by Philippe Nataf. Philippe has been involved in transactions across many different industries and sectors, including information technology, software publishing, telecommunications and retail. Importantly, he has worked on disposal and carve-out programs for large corporates such as AT&T, Getronics,EDS or Wolters Kluwer.
Phillippe graduated with a degree in Economics & Business in 1988 and completed an MBA at Harvard Business School in 1993. He has worked for a number of top Corporate Finance firms including Booz Allen & Hamilton, KPMG and Duff & Phelps, where he was MD of their Investment Bank business in Paris. Phillippe is also an external lecturer at ESSEC. In 2013, he set up Ntrust Corporate Finance.

On the Sfr-Numércable, Ntrust has been joining forces with CompetitionRx, a Mazars LLP company since November 2014.
